Central Platform Services Ltd (CPSLift.com) is pleased to announce the introduction of several new and innovative access solutions to expand its hire fleet across Yorkshire and the UK.
To meet the needs of the company’s rapidly growing access hire service, it was established earlier this year that several pieces of new equipment were needed. We are pleased to announce that most of this equipment has now been delivered and is in stock ready to assist our customers with their short or long-term hire needs.
We have welcomed the following products to our hire fleet:
- 8 x Snorkel TM12 – These compact vertical mast lifts feature a working height of up to 5.6m, non-marking rubber tyres and can accommodate up to two people indoors, or one person outdoors.
- 5 x Snorkel S3013 Mini – These scissor lifts feature a working height of up to 5.79m, a roll out deck extension, non-marking rubber tyres and can accommodate up to two people or one person plus materials.
- 2 x Snorkel S3226E – These narrow scissor lifts feature a working height of up to 9.75m and can accommodate up to two people indoors, or one person outdoors with a 225kg platform capacity.
- 6 x JLG R3246 – These larger scissor lifts feature a working height of up to 11.58m and a maximum platform capacity of 319.78kg, offering plenty of space for a worker and their tools.
- 1 x Genie GS-3232 – This self-levelling narrow scissor lift features a working height of up to 11.5m and a maximum platform capacity of 227kg. Its automatic levelling hydraulic outriggers level the machine on slopes up to 5˚. This model also offers 25% gradeability with 14° breakover angle to easily get up slopes and loading ramps. Investment in Innovation
The company is also awaiting delivery of the UK’s first fully electric Snorkel S3219 PLUS scissor lift which is due for delivery to our Yorkshire head office and engineering facility prior to the end of this year. We hope to have this up and running in a short space of time, ready for customers to hire from January 2025.
The S3219 PLUS features a very small footprint in an all-electric package and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It fits through a standard doorway and in an elevator, whilst also offering easy manoeuvrability. A roll-out deck extension and 270kg maximum platform capacity make this model ideal for up to two people plus their materials.
With non-marking solid rubber tires, this scissor lift won’t leave its mark when used on a variety of indoor surfaces. The lithium battery on the S3219 PLUS means less noise than a traditional scissor, again making it ideal for indoor use.
